How do I make a reservation?

 

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes. 

What about the cost of gas, electricity and logs?

All included.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in any time after 3pm (if later than 6pm please let us know).
Check out by 10am.

Is smoking allowed in your lodges?

No.

What is the minimum number of nights that can be booked?

3 nights.

Can I bring my dog? 

No.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Please contact us direct. 

What is your policy regarding children?

Couples only.
What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but, subject to our discretion, may be transferred to a later available date, if requested not less than 6 weeks before your original scheduled arrival. No transfers or refunds within 6 weeks of your scheduled arrival. We strongly recommend you insure against enforced cancellation.

How old are your lodges?

Woodpeckers was completed in June 2008.

Kingfishers was completed in February 2009. 

Are you wheelchair accessible?
Woodpeckers is wheelchair accessible (please give notice).  The grounds are wheelchair friendly except in wet conditions.

Kingfishers is more difficult as there is a steep ramp near one of the bridges.
