Where a booking is verbally agreed, your dates will be confirmed only upon clearance of a 20% deposit.
Full payment is required a minimum of 6 weeks before your arrival. If full payment has not been received at this time we reserve the right to remarket the lodge.
Deposits are non-refundable but, subject to our discretion, may be transferred to a later available date, if requested not less than 6 weeks before your original scheduled arrival. No transfers or refunds within 6 weeks of your scheduled arrival.
